     Elizabeth Watson was born on 4 September 1844 in Pollokshaws, Eastwood, Renfrewshire, Scotland.² She was the daughter of Thomas Watson and Agnes Thomson.^2,3,4,5,1 She married Robert Coats on 1 June 1866 in Crossmyloof, Cathcart, Renfrewshire, Scotland.³ She died on 15 April 1867 in Glasgow, Scotland, at age 22.⁴
